Data collected by this website
This is an informational website. It does not use cookies, does not include analytics or tracking tools, and has no user accounts.
- Enquiry form — the form on our contact page does not send or store anything itself. Pressing “Send enquiry” opens your own email app with your message filled in; nothing reaches us unless you send that email.
- Server logs — our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in standard server logs for security and operational purposes.
- Web fonts — the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
- Photos — some photos are loaded from Unsplash, so Unsplash receives your IP address when you view them.
Data you give us directly
If you call us, email us, use the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, provide quotations and carry out our work (legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
We keep enquiry and project correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed to run our business (for example our hosting and email providers, our accountants, or subcontractors working on your project) or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@iadac.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
